Maple Glazed Carrots
Ingredients:
2 lbs. baby carrots
8 Tbs. butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 Orange Juice (no pulp)
1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in large skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Stir occasionally until carrots are tender and sauce is a shiny glaze (15-30 minutes).
